Parents RAVE about our children martial arts character development program in Boynton Beach. We have students who enjoy our program so much that they travel from many different cities to train with us including: Delray Beach, Lake Worth, Boca Raton, Wellington, Greenacres and even West Palm Beach!
Our adult members love learning the traditional art of kung fu. An amazing form of exercise and stress relief, kung fu has something for every type of student. There is sparring and grappling and also solo form and weapons training, come train, make friends and have a great time while seeing the amazing changes in your mind and body!
